provided by Community Commerce-authorised
Abattoirs.

SERRANO
HAM, HAM, TURKEY AND CHEESE & HAM FLAMENQUINES

SERRANO HAM FLAMENQUÍN
A delicious pre-cooked
and deep-frozen product made from a pork
fillet rolled up and stuffed with cured
serrano ham and then rolled in breadcrumbs
and deep-frozen. The process is totally
automated and is the same for the three
types of flamenquines.

HAM
FLAMENQUÍN
This
flamenquín or ham roll is made
with slices of lean boiled ham,
rolled and stuffed with minced
pork.

Flamenquin
made with slices of lean boiled turkey, rolled
up and stuffed with minced turkey.

made from a traditionally-produced chorizo paste
which is mild, fine-textured and of low acidity.

All the raw materials we
use and all our preparation processes are
controlled in accordance with the ARCPC
System Protocol for this Industry,
authorised and supervised by the Health
Authority.
PRESERVATION
The storage and use conditions indicated
on the product labels must be followed.
No thawing is needed before frying. Do
not re-freeze these products if they have
been allowed to thaw.
