Production process:

The slopes of the Southern Spanish mountains are considered the best land for obtaining 100% natural olive oils, where human intervention has a minimum of negative effects on the olive. This oil comes from organic crops which have not been treated with any insecticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers whatsoever, and there is therefore no danger of any chemical traces being found in these olives. This type of cultivation involves respect for the environment and favours the biodiversity of species within a framework of harmony with nature. Picking is practically all done by hand and the production process gives the highest guarantee of hygiene and control. The C.A.A.E. (Andalucian Ecological Agriculture Committee)is a European Union-recognised governmental organisation which certifies and inspects the manufacture and bottling of these olive oils, thus providing consumers with the best possible guarantee.

Bouquet and Flavour:

Colour:
The colour of this olive oil is the result of the 100% natural, healthy, ripe olives used to produce it, and because it is processed exclusively with organic products. This gives it its characteristic golden colour with slightly greenish tones.
