Pine seed cold soup


Ingredients:

Garlic
3 eggs
¼ Crismona Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Crismona 8-year Solera Vinegar
½ kg. white bread
½ kg. pine kernels
Preparation:

Soak the pine kernels for 24 hours beforehand. Beat them together with the breadcrumbs, the eggs, the garlic, a little vinegar and a little water. Gradually add the Crismona Extra Virgin Olive Oil while beating, to obtain a mayonnaise-type sauce. Then add water, salt and vinegar to taste.

Garnish with diced melon, apple and raisins.

Serve chilled.
