Potato omelette

Ingredients:
1 kg. potatoes
½ kg. onions
6 eggs
salt
Crismona Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation:
Peel the potatoes
and slice them thinly. Dice the
onion.
Mix the potatoes and onion
together in a bowl and add the
previously beaten eggs.
Season the mixture and put
into a pan with Crismona Extra
Virgin Olive Oil.
Cook on a low heat until the
omelette sets.
