Characteristics:
Mahogany
in colour, with a clean, penetrating aroma and
a real sense of the traditional ageing process
used for the sherry wines it is made from, with
a smooth, intense flavour and a very pleasant
aftertaste.
Production Process:
Sherry
vinegar is made using wines from the official
designation of origin for sherries and using the
traditional ageing system of criaderas and soleras,
conferring a unique personality. The wines are
submitted to acetic fermentation before being
aged in wood barrels. All these processes are
closely controlled by the "SHERRY VINEGAR"
designation of origin.
Culinary Usess:
A
fundamental condiment in traditional Andalusian
dishes such as gazpacho, this vinegar can also
add extraordinary nuances to sauces, salads, pickles,
marinated dishes, dressings, etc.
