Artichokes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(serves 4)



Ingredients:
1 ½ kg. artichokes
½ litres Crismona Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 litres water
4 lemons
salt


Preparation:

Clean and trim the artichokes, and rub them with a little lemon.
Place the artichokes in a pan with water, salt, the juice of 2 lemons and Crismona Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Place the pan on the heat and cook the artichokes until tender.
Serve on a large plate, sprinkled with Crismona Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
